Peace-of-Mind Cancellation Policy
Unexpected events can always happen! To offer you flexibility while protecting our organization, here are the terms and conditions in the event of a change or cancellation of your stay:
- Free cancellation (up to 14 days before arrival): You can cancel your reservation at no charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.
- Late cancellation (less than 14 days prior): If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, 50% of the total cost of your stay will be retained.
- No-show: If you do not show up on the day of your stay without prior cancellation, you will be charged for the entire stay (100%).
In accordance with Article 1590 of the French Civil Code, any deposit paid is forfeited in the event of cancellation.
